We strive to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 hours from the time of purchase. All medications are shipped directly from certified laboratories in India to ensure the fastest possible delivery to your address.

To safeguard your privacy, all orders are shipped in discreet packaging. There are no labels or markings indicating the contents of the package, the nature of the medication, or the identity of the pharmacy.

Refund Policy
We are committed to ensuring a satisfactory experience for all our customers. While the vast majority of our shipments are successfully delivered, we recognize that issues may occasionally arise. Our refund policy is designed to provide reassurance and satisfaction in such cases.

In the event of non-delivery, please promptly notify our customer support team. We will initiate a trace of your package with the relevant postal service. Should the issue remain unresolved by the carrier, we will, at your discretion, either resend the order at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
